EVE Online: Incarna 1.1.2 to be deployed on Tuesday, October 18
EVE Online: Incarna 1.1.2 is scheduled for deployment during an extended downtime on Tuesday, October 18\. Downtime will begin at 11:00 UTC and is expected to be completed at 12:00 UTC. Maintenance during downtime on Thursday, October 13
During downtime today we will be reformatting one of the system databases. This will require the database to go offline so all websites including the EVE forums, account management, EVE Gate and the API will be unavailable.
Downtime starting early issue has been resolved
During the last few days Tranquility has experienced early some hiccups with premature downtimes. The root cause was a linked SQL Agent Schedule, shared between a DB Trace process and the Cluster shutdown trigger. Our investigation revealed this cause and has subsequently been fixed by the Operation

Due to unforseen circumstances we will cancel the extended downtime which was planned for today and reschedule at a later date.

Downtime will be extended on Monday, October 10, for maintenance on our disk storage system. Downtime will last one hour beginning as normally scheduled at 11:00 UTC, and Tranquility is anticipated to return to service at 12:00 UTC.

Tranquility experienced an unexpected downtime this afternoon at 14:05 UTC due to a storage hardware issue. We are in the process of correcting the issue and we expect to be online at 17:00 UTC. Update: Tranquility has been returned to service. Fly safe pilots!
