Extended downtime on Wednesday, September 21, 2011
Downtime will be extended on Wednesday, September 21, for scheduled testing of our network. Downtime will be extended by 30 minutes beginning as normally scheduled at 11:00 UTC, and Tranquility is anticipated to return to service at 12:00 UTC.
